Congratulations Jim and Margaret Davis!

We had a Great day to make up for yesterday. Winds were around 13-15 with gusts up around 18 in the first of four races. We shared course A with Flying Scotts and SJ21’s both fleeting. We were ready to take control of our 3-fleet all in start situation this morning by following the lead of the SJ-21 teams by starting ourselves after the FS’s start, but the RC decided to give us all our own starts, which really made a great time. There was some great lead swapping and after the last finish it was the following:
Ed and Don 1st
Jim and Margaret 2nd
Zack and Dave 3rd
Herb and Nate 4th
Yarda and Marian 5th
Thanks to everyone for making this event and sticking it out! There’s one more event to wrap up our FL Traveling Series in two weeks at the Ocala Sail Club. Hope to see you there.
